Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the Tuna mobile application ("App") operated by Ahmet Tayyip Zorlutuna ("we," "our," or "us").

Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Tuna, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.

Description of Service

Tuna is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence to analyze food ingredient labels and identify potential allergens. The App provides:

  • Food label scanning and analysis
  • Allergen detection based on user-defined preferences
  • Health scores and nutritional insights
  • Premium subscription features (Tuna Pro)

Medical Disclaimer

IMPORTANT: Tuna is an informational tool only and is NOT a medical device.

  • The App does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment
  • AI analysis may contain errors or inaccuracies
  • Always verify ingredients on physical product labels before consuming
  • Consult a qualified healthcare professional for allergy-related medical decisions
  • We are not liable for any health consequences resulting from reliance on App information

User Responsibilities

You agree to:

  • Provide accurate profile information (allergies, dietary restrictions)
  • Verify AI-generated results against actual product labels
  • Use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes only
  • Not attempt to reverse-engineer or modify the App

Subscription Terms (Tuna Pro)

Pricing

  • Weekly subscription: $4.99/week
  • Yearly subscription: $29.99/year (best value)

Billing

  • Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase
  • Subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period
  • Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period

Cancellation

  • You can cancel anytime through your Apple ID Account Settings
  • No refunds for partial subscription periods
  • After cancellation, you retain access until the end of the paid period

Price Changes

We may change subscription prices; existing subscribers will be notified in advance.

Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Tuna are owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • The App is provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind
  • We do not guarantee the accuracy of AI-generated analysis
  • We are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App
  • Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the past 12 months

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the App or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the App at any time, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users or us.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Turkey/Istanbul, without regard to conflict of law principles.
